One of the biggest challenges of trying to eat healthily is to eat cheap, quick and that our meal leaves us full for a few hours. This recipe marks all that’s exigencies and ingredients, and you can make them in 15 minutes, it keeps you full all morning.
These wonderful oatmeal vegan pancakes because they are also gluten-free. The best consistency is when you leave the dough to repose for about 5- 10 minutes. For recommendation use a non-stick pan, or use coconut oil before every drop to avoid mixture gets stuck in the container.
There are a lot of doctors and health experts that recommend daily oats to eat for breakfast.
Preparing this healthy breakfast is so simple, it won’t take you more than 15 minutes. Also, you can make it the night before, speed the process in the morning and, if you decide you can add to your oatmeal vegan pancakes, fruit and agave syrup, this is optional.
Oat banana pancakes
Time: 15 minutos
1 cup ground oats
3/4 cups water
1 tbsp coconut oil (also you can substitute with peanut butter)
1 tbsp baking powder
Chop the banana and mashed until make it puree in a container.
Add oats previously grounded.
Add 3/4 cups of water.
Finally, add a few tbsp of baking powder and coconut oil.
