Hi everyone! For those days when we have the urge to treat ourselves with a delicious and easy made dessert, I leave you here one of my favorite ones. Besides enjoying its exquisite taste you may eat it without after guilt, it doesn’t have any sugar! Hope you like it. Raw vegan chocolate cake
Time: 6 hours
1 cup of walnuts and grated coconut
1 cup of dates
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
Blend the coconut with the walnuts. Set aside. Blend the dates and incorporate the last mixture and mix until all ingredients come together. With the help of a wooden pale or with your own hands extend your entire base in a demountable mold.
½ Agave Syrup cup
100g of coconut oil
1 ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 ½ of coconut powder
Pinch of salt
Blend all of the ingredients at the same time. And with the help of a knife or spatula, extend the mixture over the base giving it small bumps to the mold so this sets in an even way. Leave in the freezer for 5 hours at least. After that time our cake is ready to be decorated!
Since is a sugar-free recipe I chose the cacao powder to sprinkle. The strawberries, blackberries, kiwi or raspberry are some of the fruit I recommend you to use as décor, but the options may be different, everything relays in your geographic location, and the season.By: Itel Sobreyra
