Once the vegetables are cooked, set aside to use in another dish. In this case, the only thing we are going to need is the liquid. 1. Fry the tortilla strips. (Set aside on a plate and place a napkin to absorb the oil). 2. In the same oil, fry the chile for a few seconds. Set aside. 3. Blend the broth with the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. 4. In a pot over medium heat, boil the above for approximately 5 minutes. Then add the epazote, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Boil for 10 more minutes. To decorate the dish, first serve the broth, a portion of tortillas, and add a little of the pasilla chile, a few squares of tofu, as well as the avocado.
