I had time listening about the benefits of vegan golden milk before bed, it is a perfect drink to relax the body when you just want to clear it. I tried it, and, I checked it, vegan golden milk was a drink that I instantly loved.

Golden milk has gained popularity in recent years but has been present for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, since the main ingredient of golden milk is turmeric and star counting qualities of this ingredient is indispensable.

What is the golden milk for? Vegan golden milk aims to body relax; since its ingredients are anti-inflammatory, it helps a better digestive system and is perfect for drinking it before going to sleep.




As you may have noticed, in Rock and Vegan we are fans of turmeric; we always incorporate it in different recipes for its taste, but in this recipe, it is the main element.

Golden milk can be easily prepared in 10 minutes. For vegetable milk, I used homemade oatmeal milk because I wanted to avoid the artificial sweeteners that commercial vegetable milk has. Also, as we will boil the milk, its texture will begin to thicken.



For golden milk, you should know that the ingredients are quite strong in flavor, it has ginger, pepper, cinnamon, and turmeric. Turmeric being the main ingredient, you can reduce the portions of ginger and pepper if you wish. Everything is a matter of taste. If you want, you can add a sweetener such as date honey or stevia.
